The QT4-28 is a compact machine with an integrated electric and hydraulic system. Each procedure action is synchronized to ensure the machine operates safely, easily, and dependably.
Through a mold-releasing oil cylinder, the mold box is securely locked into the vibration table with high rigidity. This ensures synchronous vibration, allowing the concrete to fluidify and release air in just 2-3 seconds, resulting in high-density blocks. This feature is especially beneficial for producing standard blocks that can be stacked immediately, saving on pallet investment.
The QT4-28 is equipped with a unique forcing charge system, which allows the use of various industrial waste materials, such as coal ash, cement, sand, stone, and slag. This makes the machine highly versatile, capable of producing a wide range of blocks including standard bricks, concrete blocks, porous blocks, and paving bricks, offering both eco-friendliness and cost efficiency.
