Instructions
In order to extend the service life of the pallet, I hope to use the pallet according to the following requirements
1. The tray should avoid being exposed to sunlight to avoid aging and shorten the service life.
2. It is strictly prohibited to throw the goods into the pallet from a height. Reasonably determine how goods are stacked in pallets. The goods should be placed evenly. Do not stack them eccentrically. Pallets carrying heavy objects should be placed on a flat ground or object surface.
3. It is strictly forbidden to drop the pallet from a high place to avoid the pallet from breaking or cracking due to violent impact.
4. When the forklift or manual hydraulic truck is working, the fork stab should be as far as possible to the outside of the pallet fork hole. The fork stab should be fully extended into the pallet, and the angle can be changed after the pallet is lifted steadily. The fork can not hit the side of the pallet to prevent the pallet from breaking or cracking.
5. When the pallet is placed on the shelf, a shelf-type pallet is required. The load capacity depends on the shelf structure, and overloading is strictly prohibited. Fixing methods for pallet-carrying goods The main fixing methods for pallet-carrying goods include strapping, glue binding, and stretch packaging, and they can be used together. After the protection of the cargo carried by the pallet and the cargo carried by the reinforced pallet are fixed, and the transport requirements are still not met, the protective reinforcement accessory should be selected as required. The reinforced protective accessories are made of wood, plastic, metal and other materials.
Precautions:
1. During the use of pallets by hydraulic trucks and forklifts, the distance between the tines should be as wide as possible to the outer edge of the fork inlet of the pallet, and the depth of the fork should be greater than 2/3 of the depth of the entire pallet.
2. During the movement of the pallet, hydraulic trucks and forklifts should keep moving at a constant speed to move up and down to avoid damage to the pallet and collapse of the cargo caused by rapid braking and rapid rotation.
3. When the pallet is on the shelf, the pallet should be placed on the shelf beam stably, and the length of the pallet should be greater than the outer diameter of the shelf beam by 50mm
