1.JQ500 concrete Mixer
This Pan mixer diameters is 1.5M, input capacity is 800L, output capacity is 500L, pan thickness is 8mm, pan height is 60 mm; weight is 750 kg; the Lining for inside and bottom of the mixer can be optional.
2.Belt Conveyor
Lenth is 6 meters, belt type is B500, 500mm width; weight is 550KG;
3.Steel Frame
The QT4-18 brick machine is using high strength 12mm width square steel as frame, steel thickness is 5mm; the steel is made by biggest manufacture of Shandong Province, international mechanical standards. with special welding technology, the machine rigidity and its shock resistance property is guaranteed. The Steel Frame life can be more than 15 years.
4.Guide Pillar
Guide pillar is made of super strong special steel, surface plated by chrome, with the good performance of anti-friction and anti-twist. Four-Pillar guide type and long pillar can ensure the press head and mould box an accurate route.
5.Pigment Distribution System
The color feeding machine elevator is hydraulically controlled, with the pigment material truck connected to the main brick machine through a rubber spring and elevator frame. This setup helps absorb shocks and prevents the pigments from becoming compacted. The truck's door is designed to regulate the even distribution of the pigments.
6.Raw Material Distribution System
This system uses a split design with a raw material storage device and a distributor device. The storage unit accurately supplies materials to the distributor device through PLC control. The distributor is equipped with sensor technology and a hydraulic proportional drive. With the help of the arch-breaking device and swing-out distributor, the system uses forced centrifugation to discharge materials quickly and evenly. This ensures fast and uniform performance, especially for producing thin-walled, multi-row porous blocks. The swing-out distributor is more effective than the 360-degree scatter type, which is prone to bending and less suitable for making thin-walled and multi-row porous blocks.
7.PLC Intelligent Control Panel
The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a sophisticated microcomputer system designed for automatic fault diagnosis and interlocked procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient machine operations. The Siemens PLC is available as an optional choice.
The electrical panel features Schneider circuit breakers and top-tier Chinese electronic components, such as Delixi or CHNT brand electromagnetic switches, as standard. Schneider components are available as an upgrade. These components offer reliable performance and low failure rates. Additionally, a frequency converter is included to ensure the safe operation of electronic parts.
Machine motions can be easily controlled via the touch screen, offering a seamless human-machine interface. The system also includes backup software to ensure continued operation in case of issues.

9.Vibrating system
The vibrating system utilizes a separate coupling shaft technology, which increases the vibrating area, significantly boosting both the productivity and quality of concrete blocks while extending the lifespan of the mould. The vibrating box is suspended beneath the mould, capable of withstanding intense vibrations. The vibrating shaft delivers effective material distribution and block shaping through vertical vibrating forces generated by the eccentric synchronous spiral structure. The system employs an electric hydraulic proportional valve control, which regulates the distribution of raw materials at low frequencies and block shaping at high frequencies. The frequency is controlled through settings in the PLC.
10.Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic station features a distinctive proportional valve multi-channel control system, allowing for comprehensive adjustment of all functions. This ensures that the machine operates with greater reliability and responsiveness. The electromagnetic valve used in the system is from the Taiwan-based CYLCA brand.
11.Mould
900 degrees celsius high temperature heat treatment carburizing heat treatment makes the mould much more strong and durability, longer life.
12.Demould System
Pinion and rack type synchronization mechanism to guarantee the mould will be lifted at same level.
13.Sensors
Sensors are Japan Omron brand.
The sensor is used to detect the machine movement and give it a location limit.
There are 8 sensor of the host brick machine, 3 sensors of color feeding machine, 4 sensors of automatic stacker.
14.Brick Conveyor
One 1.1KW motor to drive the blocks on pallet, one 0.75kw motor for brush the scraps on the block; the brush device is customized.

A2:The normal formula is cement-10%; sand-40%; stone-50%, water 5% per 100kg. But for different raw materials, the formula is a bit different, please contact us for more detailed formula information.
Q3:What is the raw materials consumption per day
A3:As For QT4-18 Block machine line, take the 8 inch hollow blocks as sample, it needs 42 tons sands, 52 tons crushed stones, 10 tons cement, 4 tons water to make 6400 pieces of 8 inch hollow blocks;
Q4:How long time does it take to take off block from the brick pallet?
A4:The finished blocks can be take off from the brick pallet after 18-24 hours, then the brick pallet can be recycled for the block production; In some hot weather area, the blocks can be taken off from brick pallets after a few hours. The standard is the blocks are dry to be taken off is okay;
