QT4-15B is the new researched and developed multi-purpose block making machine,mechanical vibration type burn-free brick machine,push-pull mould by electric.dosing material at a time,easily operated,save labour with small workforce. Regular production use 4 workers,one worker control mixer,one operate the host machine,two take charge of transporting formed blocks. This machine could make various solid bricks,hollow blocks,several pavement blocks and garden bricks by changing molds. It's very popular with the manufacturers from all parts of the world.
QT4-15 brick manufacturing machine was designed with many new technologies and handwork as well as many advantages of other machines.

1. Material and welding: all materials and spare parts selected according to international CE standard, Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running.

 

2. Control PLC: we select original Japan Mitsubishi PLC combine with independently develop machine control program, assure stable and high efficiency working status.

3. The motor for the host machine is Germany SIEMENS brand or ABB brand

4. The switch will use France Schneider brand and Japan Omron

 

5. Mould: newest heat treatment device and carburizing treatment will assure longer mould life span and ensure the strength of mould reach to 54-58 HRC so that the mould can be used more than 100 thousand times.
