The machine is certified with CE, SGS, and ISO9001:2000, featuring a hydraulic and semi-automatic system and a strong high-strength steel structure.

The block molds are designed with heat treatment technology for durability, while the control system utilizes Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC, German SIEMENS, or international ABB brand motors for reliable performance.

Additionally, the material feeder platform is adjusted using a worm wheel and screw mandrel, ensuring precision and efficiency.
