The vibrating system is adopting electric hydraulic proportional valve control method, distributing raw materials at low frequency and block shaping at high frequency. The frequency is controlled by the PLC setting.

(2) What is the formula of raw materials
The normal formula is cement-10%; sand-40%; stone-50%, water 5% per 100kg. But for different raw materials, the formula is a bit different, please contact us for more detailed formula information.

(3) What is the raw materials consumption per day
As For QT4-18 Block machine line, take the 8 inch hollow blocks as sample, it needs 42 tons sands, 52 tons crushed stones, 10 tons cement, 4 tons water to make 6400 pieces of 8 inch hollow blocks;

(4) How long time does it take to take off block from the brick pallet?
The finished blocks can be take off from the brick pallet after 18-24 hours, then the brick pallet can be recycled for the block production; In some hot weather area, the blocks can be taken off from brick pallets after a few hours. The standard is the blocks are dry to be taken off is okay;

(5) How to curing the blocks

For the block curing, there are two methods, fist is the Natural Curing, after blocks are taken off from block pallets, stack these blocks, then water 3 times per day in the first 3-5 days, after 5 days no need to water, in hot weather area, after 7 days the blocks can be used for construction.

In cold area, it normally takes around 28 days to be cured best quality for construction.

The second method is curing by steam, this need to build a steam curing room, to give the warm temperature to the blocks, the blocks can be used for construction after 9 hours in this method.

(6) What is the block weight

The standard 8 inch hollow block is normally 16.5KG for one piece

The holland brick 200*100*60mm size is around 3.4KG for one piece;

(7) How to maintain the block machine

The block machine maintaining is simple,

For mechanical aspect, check the block machine bolts and nuts, the hydraulic hose connections every day, if there is any loosen, need to fasten them immediately;

Then grease the gears, wheel, bearings, racks etc, when they are dry.

Fill butter in host block machine cylinder once per week.
