Machine Line Description:
1.  PL1200 three hopper batching machiner


in this batching process, User use the wheel loader to put the raw material into the hopper, user can choose three hopper or two hopper batching machine according to raw material kinds. and this batching machine is controlled by weighing system, which is can be operated by one worker, who can operate the mixer at the same time. 
2. JS500 concrete mixer

the raw materials will be mixed in this machine, and water will also be needed, in order to give the right moisture before bricks come out.
3. Host machine

in this process, different types of bricks can be made under different mould.  this QT4-15 brick machine can produce solid brick, hollow blocks, also color brick and paver blocks under different moulds. it produce 4 pieces of 400*200*200 mm hollow blocks at one time, and one day can produce 4000 pieces.
4. Stacker 

usually 4 layers of fresh bricks can be stacked together and transport to other place for dry. also user can also use man-power to replace this. the pallet size for QT4-15 block machine is 1010*550*25mm hard wooden pallet.  1000 pieces is enough for this machine at the beginning.
