Main Frame: The main frame is constructed using high-strength structural steel and advanced welding technology, ensuring exceptional rigidity and resistance to vibration, providing solid support for the equipment.
Guide Posts: Made from ultra-strong special steel and chrome-plated on the surface for excellent torsional and wear resistance. The four-rod guiding system and extra-long guide bearings ensure precise movement of the press head and mold. The moving parts are equipped with special devices for easy lubrication and reduced wear.
Material Feeding System: The material feeding machine's lifting frame is controlled by a hydraulic system. The material hopper is connected to the lifting frame with rubber springs, providing shock absorption and preventing material compaction. The material gate controls the opening and closing of the hopper to ensure uniform material distribution.
Material Distribution System: The design employs a material storage and distribution separation technology. The material box's intake is precisely controlled, and under the action of the forced arch-breaking mechanism, centrifugal discharge is generated, enabling rapid and even distribution of the material.
Vibration System: The system uses a separated coupling vibration technology, effectively doubling the vibration area. This greatly improves the product quality and output, while extending the mold's lifespan. The vibration box is mounted in a suspended structure, making it resistant to intense vibrations without damage or breakage. The vibration shaft uses an eccentric synchronous rotation mechanism to generate vertical excitation force, optimizing the material distribution and molding process.
PLC Control System: The system is operated via a touchscreen to set technical parameters like flow and pressure for each motion, enabling efficient human-machine interaction. The control system consists of three control units: an automatic program control system for the mixing and batching, an automatic program control system for the forming machine, transport board machine, lifting and unloading board machines, and a palletizing machine control system. All electrical components are from trusted international brands, such as Mitsubishi (Japan), Omron (Japan), and Siemens (Germany), ensuring high reliability and low failure rates.
Versatility: By changing molds, the machine can produce a variety of cement products, including different specifications of hollow bricks, paving blocks, curbstones, grass paver blocks, slope protection bricks, and more.
