The QT4-15 baking-free brick machine utilizes a vibration and oil top pressurized combination for brick production.
This method offers fast brick formation and high pressure. The machine is equipped with three large hydraulic systems: one for oil crest, one for intermediate oil pressure, and two for auxiliary pressure on the sides. The top oil pressure is used to handle the mold.
The machine also features automatic 360° material distribution, ensuring uniform coverage and high-density blocks.
The automatic feeding plate is powered by oil, with manual assistance as needed.
The vibration box is driven by two 5.5 kW vibration motors, and the oil pressure can reach up to 85-90 tons.
