Q1:How to Choose the right GMT brick pallets for your brick factory?

A1:Different raw materials are with different cost, because different materials has a little difference on their performance. So the GMT brick pallets price is based on its raw materials and different materials containing percentage.So the key factors of GMT block pallet is their glass fiber content percentage, the more glass fiber content, its hardness is higher, performance is better.From the brick pallet appearance, mainly see its flatness, size accuracy, raw materials, if they are all good, then this is a good brick pallet;

Q2:Can GMT block pallet used for all the block machines?

A2:Yes, the GMT block pallet can be used for all block machines that needs brick pallets, its size can be customized, and the GMT  pallet is anti high temperature, it can also be used on steam curing room for concrete blocks;

A3:GMT block pallet density is 1200 kg per cubic meters, while PVC block pallet is 1800 kg per cubic meters; so GMT block pallet is one third less weight than PVC block pallet.Less weight also means it is more friendly for shipping , nowadays the shipping cost is very high.

Q4:Is GMT block  machine pallet easy to be crushed when in the process of vibrating or be broken in moving?
A4:No. Our experiment shows that, vibration has no effect on our pallet, and you can rest assured that it will not be crushed. Moreover, there is no broken phenomenon appearing when the pallet is locked on its moving along the iron chain. These all can be attributed to GMT strong physical characteristics. Q6:Why some GMT block pallet looks like granite?
A6:We all know that building formwork has several colors, let alone the recycled formworks. When manufacturing the GMT brick pallet, these different colors formworks are mixed together, and then it is molded under the pressure of 3000 metric tons, so it will be like granite when it is finished. No matter what it looks like, it has no influence for using.

Q7:Does GMT block pallet come unglued or crack?
A7:It won′t. GMT brick pallet is finished under 3000 metric tons press and high temperature of 200°C, so it will not come unglued and crack even in boiled waters, which is just 100°C.
