1.Before producing block, test run the machine without material for 2-5 minutes,if the machine
works properly,start to produce with raw material in case that there is obstacles during production.
2.Prohibit to repair machine during production process,must cut the electricity firstly,then check
machine.
3.The machine components are metal,keep the machine in dry shelter,avoid to use in raining days.
Intense sunshine can also reduce the machine life span.
4.Clean up the mould area after production,check bolts tight or not,oil lubrication on the main parts
to keep the machine flexible.Prohibit to add lubrication during production.
