GMT brick pallet is also called GMT block pallet, composite brick pallet,plastic block pallet, fiber brick pallet, glass fiber brick pallet, block machine pallet, etc. it is kind of plastic fiber block pallet used for concrete block machine, because the brick pallet price is cheap, low cost and good quality, very strong and long lasting,its normal life can reach 8 years more, even 10 years. 2. What is the GMT block Pallet Characters?

GMT block Pallet full name is Glass Mat reinforced Thermoplastics pallet or glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic composite block pallet, it is made of glass fiber as reinforcing material and thermoplastic resin as base material made by methods of crushing, heating , cooling and pressurizing. The GMT brick pallet density is 1200kg/cubic meters; now it is popular recognized by the block machine users and has become the most widely used among different types brick pallets. because of GMT brick pallet is cheap price and recyclable, strong and long lasting, water-resistant, temperature resistance, less weight, so the GMT block pallet is replacing all the traditional bamboo brick pallet, PVC brick pallet, wooden brick pallet;

5.How is the GMT Brick pallet formed or made?

The GMT brick pallet raw materials of car interior decoration materials are teared into small piece by shredding machine. Then these teared materials will be weighed by certain weight accurately for different size brick pallets, and add other certain strong glue materials like PP etc into it. Next step, the weighed materials will be wrapped into a soft but thick anti-high temperature plastic tarpaulin to be heated to high temperature under heating machine, after several minutes, the heated materials are taken out and put onto the customized size mould on the pressing machine, after it is being pressed for 5 minutes under 3000 tons pressure, it will be taken out, and remove some retails on the pallets, then put it on the cold pressing machine to make it cold and more flat, now the final GMT brick pallets come out.

(5) Will GMT block pallet deform or get brittle failure when in low or high temperatures?

(6) How about the rigidity of GMT block pallet? Will it bend?
Rigidity means the property of anti-bending. GMT block pallet is similar to PVC block pallet about this aspect; but it is stronger than bamboo and plywood block pallet. It is not easy to get broken. To have a try, you can use a big hammer to pound the pallet with big strength. It will differentiate ours with PVC brick pallets if you have also tried the PVC pallet on the same condition, and finally you will find GMT block pallet is still good when PVC get broken. (8) How heavy is it for GMT brick pallet?
GMT block pallet density is 1200 kg per cubic meters, while PVC block pallet is 1800 kg per cubic meters; so GMT block pallet is one third less weight than PVC block pallet;

Less weight also means it is more friendly for shipping , nowadays the shipping cost is very high.

(9) Is GMT block  machine pallet easy to be crushed when in the process of vibrating or be broken in moving?
No. Our experiment shows that, vibration has no effect on our pallet, and you can rest assured that it will not be crushed. Moreover, there is no broken phenomenon appearing when the pallet is locked on its moving along the iron chain. These all can be attributed to GMT strong physical characteristics. (10) What is the price for raw material of GMT brick pallet?
In recent market, Polypropylene material is about 12.5 yuan/kg, and glass fiber is almost 11 yuan/kg, but it is only 8 yuan/kg for PVC. Moreover, PVC pallet can be mixed into 50% of calcium carbonate when in producing, which is only 0.5 yuan/kg. But for GMT brick pallet, it can NOT be mixed with calcium carbonate, or it can not be molded. So, PVC pallet is cheaper according to its raw material.

(11) What is the reason of that your GMT brick pallet is so cheap?
RAYTONE block pallet factory have a better selling of block machine pallets than other block pallet factory, so we can less profit while selling large quantity. And RAYTONE block pallet factory keep only small profit to gain more markets;

(12) Why some GMT block pallet looks like granite?
We all know that building formwork has several colors, let alone the recycled formworks. When manufacturing the GMT brick pallet, these different colors formworks are mixed together, and then it is molded under the pressure of 3000 metric tons, so it will be like granite when it is finished. No matter what it looks like, it has no influence for using.

 

(13) Does GMT block pallet come unglued or crack?
It won′t. GMT brick pallet is finished under 3000 metric tons press and high temperature of 200°C, so it will not come unglued and crack even in boiled waters, which is just 100°C.
