1.machine work principle
40-24B block making machine is using the method of the down mould directionally and vertically vibrating together with upper mould compressing.
Two 5.5 kw electric motor fixed at the machine bottom for the down mould vibration, One 3 KW motor fixed on top for the upper mould vibration.
Materials-distributing is done once for all at a time by electric control, and the mould movement is also driven by power.

A9:The pallet size is mainly depending on the machine configuration, if using Stacking machine, the 880*550*22mm size brick pallet is recommended.If not using stacking machine, the normal size 850*550*20mm size brick pallet is good to use too, this can also save some pallet cost;
