3. Advantanges of QT4-15 automatic brick machine

(1). Key point: the Mould: Moulds are made of 16 # Manganese steel, and being processed via the procedures of carburizing,nitriding and quenching which gurantee moulds can be used 100 thousand times, The strength of moulds is HRC54~58 and each mould shall be tested by QC before out of factory.
 and mould structure of the brick machine is designed  to change the mould easily.

   (2). About the electricity motor, for  main machines like Mixer and brick moulding machines, we use Siemens Motor to meet 12 hours continious work load. and other machines motors can be at buyer's choice, if they need China-made motor to save some cost. or we can also all use Simens brand as per buyer's requirements.
(3) the machine control system and electrical equipments, also the switches, we also use famouse brand from Japan or Germany.
 (4) the hydraulic system, we use China good brand hydraulic oil station and good fittings,  to avoid oil leaking and giving enough power to the machine, then the host machine can make enough strength bricks.

Machine Work Process
(1)  raw material batching process, raw material ratio: User use the wheel loader to put the raw material into the hopper, user can choose three hopper or two hopper batching machine according to raw material kinds. and this batching machine is controlled by weighing system, which is can be operated by one worker, who can operate the mixer at the same time.

(2)  Mixing Process: the raw materials will be mixed in this machine, and water will also be needed, in order to give the right moisture before bricks come out.


(3)  brick moulding process: different types of bricks can be made under different mould.  this QT10-15 brick machine can produce solid brick, hollow blocks, also curb stone and paver blocks under different moulds. One worker is needed here to operate the electrical cabenet to control the machine and hydraulic station.

(4) Stacking process: usually 4 layers of fresh bricks can be stacked together and transport to other place by forklift for dry.
