Host machine work principle
(1) The 4-24 block making machine utilizes a method where the downward mould vibrates both directionally and vertically, while the upper mould applies compression.
(2) The machine is equipped with two 5.5 kW electric motors located at the bottom to drive the vibration of the down mould, and one 3 kW motor on top for the vibration of the upper mould.
(3) The material distribution is completed in one operation via electric control, and the movement of the mould is also powered.
